2. Clinical pharmacy:  CDR,TPN,TDM
3. Store:  Indent,Arranging stock,cold chain,& etc...
4. Manufacturing:  Extemporaneous (Internal/External)



PRACTICAL TRAINING 2 (SEM 6)

1. In patient Pharmacy:  Ward supply,UOU/UOD,& etc...
2. Polyclinic/Health Clinic:  Dispensing,Labelling,Packing, & etc...

Dear All,

The new entry requirement from 2013 session for Diploma is now at CGPA 3.5. Reference: Letter from Secretary Pharmacy Board dated 10 January 2013. You check the pharmacy website (www.pharmacy.gov.my) for other details. Please inform the diploma students of this new development.

29 November 2012 (9am - 1pm) - OSPE (Practical Training 1)

30 November 2012 (8:30am - 12:30pm) - OSPE (Practical Training 2)

Dear All Sem 5 & 6,

Your last date for practical in hospital is 24.11.2012(24 NOVEMBER 2012).

FOR SEM 6 :
01.10.2012 (01 OCTOBER 2012) is the new phase for Practical 2.
Those who in Hospital should go to KK on 01.10.2012 and same goes to those who in KK should go to Hospital on 01.10.2012.

As for Syafiq,Goh Yan Leng, Najwa & Wani : your due date to send your assignment is on 14.10.2012.

Your final exam will be on 29-30 November 2012. (Exam week : 19-30.11.2012)

Raya Break

My Dear All Student Sem 5 & 6,

Its finalized that your RAYA break will be only for 4 days (18,19,20 & 21 August 2012). Kindly inform your local preceptor that we no longer use the previous time table.

Good News is...you will have holiday again for your MID SEM break that will be
 (15 till 22 September 2012)....
